Do you copy files from my own cloud?

No. External providers are indexed, we store metadata and pointers. Bytes move only when you explicitly upload, copy or transfer them.

What happens when I hit my storage limit?

Uploads are blocked with a clear message. You can free space, add a storage package, or upgrade your plan; existing files remain readable.

How long do deleted files stay in trash?

Trashed items stay recoverable for 30 days by default, then are permanently removed. Admins can purge earlier.

Can the AI agent see everything?

Only what you can. The agent runs with your permissions, cannot read files you lack access to, and every action it takes is logged.

Can I invite teammates?
