Who we are

The service provider is Siteways Group BV, a private limited company registered in the Netherlands and the operator of Monkey Upload.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity performed under your workspace, including by members you invite.

Workspaces may be suspended if they are used to distribute unlawful material or repeatedly abuse platform resources.

Your content

You retain all rights to the files you upload or connect. We store and process them only to operate the service you asked for.

For external providers, you grant Monkey Upload permission to read metadata and perform the operations you initiate through the app or API.

Plans and storage

Managed storage limits are set by your plan plus any add-on packages. Exceeding a limit blocks new uploads but does not delete existing data.

Trials convert to the free tier unless you choose a paid plan. Paid plans renew until cancelled.

Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Keep independent backups of critical data.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Den Haag, unless mandatory consumer law says otherwise.
